Villaggio Residence Campoverde, San Cataldo - Lecce 

Description: Located on the Adriatic coast of Salento, in the San Cataldo, Campoverde Residence Club is a modern resort village nestled in a lush forest of pine trees of Aleppo, in a nature trail that connects to the nearby Natural Oasis Cesine, protected nature reserve of the WWF. It enjoys a privileged location only 10 km from Lecce, offers its guests an oasis where you can relax in a location between the sea and nature.

Accommodations: Our apartments are located in most buildings floors, all equipped with every comfort and equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, color TV, telephone and furnished terrace for breakfast and outdoor dining overlooking the green pine forest.

Are available in the following types:

Studio 2 bed room: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.

Studio 3 / 4 beds: living room with double bed, one or two sofa beds, kitchenette.

Apartment with two rooms 3 / 4 beds: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bed.

Apartment with two rooms with 5 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, sofa bed and bedroom.

Apartment with three rooms  Type C 5 / 6 beds: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds.

Apartment with three rooms Type D 5 / 6 beds: is on two levels, the host in the living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom. In the sleeping area is reserved a double room, a bedroom with two bunk beds and services.

Apartments “easy” one, two and three bed room: with reduction, bright and comfortable apartments located on the low floor is accessed down a few steps. Equipped with its own entrance, terrace level and air conditioning.

Services and facilities: Reception, bar, private parking and unattended, supermarket, general store / newsagent, hairdresser and beauty. Sports Center is equipped with modern facilities of a large American bar, three swimming pools, one dedicated exclusively to children, two lighted tennis courts with synthetic grass, soccer field, table tennis, a children area with park for games and theater performances.

Fee: excursions, car rental, shuttle service, bicycle hire, medical service upon request, use the tennis courts and football grounds, a coin-operated washing machines. Nearby 18-hole golf course, spa beauty very equipped (c / o Acaya Golf Hotel by Hilton).

Beach: The beach is just a few minutes along a path inside of about 350 m. completely shaded from which you access via road crossing, the private bathing “La Piazzetta” for the exclusive use of the village: a large expanse of white sand with a beach-volleyball, beach umbrellas with sunbeds, changing rooms, shower with hot / cold water, children area, bar / restaurant / pizzeria.

Restaurant: Located on the beach with a large air-conditioned dining room and a covered terrace overlooking the sea offers guests the chance to taste the dishes of the more typical Salento cuisine of land and sea. Excellent opportunity to both conventions for half board and full board.

Club Card: compulsory from 09/06/2011 to 08/09/2011 includes welcome cocktail, use the sports center, entertainment with daytime and evening entertainment on the beach or in the sports, entertainment and theme nights, sports tournaments , group lessons: Tennis for adults and children with national teacher FIT, beach volleyball and beach tennis. Soccer school for our little ones, swimming lessons for children and adults. Kids club from 4 to 8 years, Junior Club from 9 to 13 years, Campoverde fan club from 14 to 18 years.

Club Card: per person per week from 09/06/2012 to 30/06/2012 and from 25/08/2012 to 08/09/2012 € 30,00; from 30/06/2012 to 25/08/2012 adults € 40,00, children 4 / 8 years old € 35,00.

Beach Service: apartment per week, includes 1 beach umbrella and two chairs for each apartment. From 26/05/2012 to 07/07/2012 and from 25/08/2012 to 15/09/2012 € 50,00; from 07/07/2012 to 25/08/2012 € 80,00.
Supplement 1 ^ row € 40,00 per week, 2 ^ row € 20,00 per week to be reported at the time of booking to availability.

Deposit: € 100,00 per apartment, refundable at end of stay
