Villaggio Punta Grossa - Porto Cesareo

A few minutes from the city center, is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Ionian coast of Salento, overlooking a stretch of sea in the Marine National Park and near the Regional Park of Porto Cesareo Earth. It consists of residential units included in a modern tourist complex, connected by internal pedestrian walkways. It proposes that both the Formula Residence Hotel.

Accommodation
The apartments on the ground floor or first floor, are made with a high degree of finish. Fully furnished, all with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven or microwave oven, small garden and / or veranda, some with outdoor shower and a second safe private.

In Fund A:

Family Room - 2 / 5 beds (first floor) living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bed and sofa bed;
Bilocale E - 2 / 6 beds (ground floor) living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and wardrobe, double bedroom and sofa bed

In Fund B:

Two rooms - 2 / 4 beds (ground floor or first floor) living room with kitchenette and sofa bed or double bed and bedroom;

Trilocale - 4 / 6 beds (ground floor or first floor) living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds;

Four - 4 / 6 beds (ground floor or first floor) kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds, or living room with kitchenette, bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or bunk beds.

Activities and Services
The village consists of two parts connected by a pedestrian underpass:

in the Fund A has a point about business, sports and excursions, restaurant Radiant Dawn (self service), bar, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and children's pool, large sun terrace with parasols and deck chairs, theater, laundromat , beauty center, sports facilities, tennis and soccer.

Fund B is present in the reception (8:00 / 21:00), supermarket, kiosk, boutique, games room, bowling (8 lanes), school hall ba llo - Disco La Clave, The Coral restaurant specializing in local cuisine and fish, pizza, 3 bars, one overlooking the swimming pool by a large solarium and a shaded square on summer evenings to become the charming, Bata, where alternate concerts live music, karaoke, piano bar and evening dancing. Beach: 400 m. free of sand and rocks, 1,500 m equipped sandy beach (from 31/05 to 12 / 9) accessible by shuttle bus at scheduled times (from 13/06 to 11 / 9).

Club Card: includes beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sun beds per apartment), use of swimming pools and Jacuzzi with sun deck and subject to availability. Group lessons sports, dances, use of the second program of sports activities, sports tournaments and relax tournaments, ping pong, etc.. Daytime and evening entertainment with a rich program suitable for all ages. Mini Club 3 / 11 years and Teens Club 12/18 years, with activities and personnel, all at fixed times.

1) RESIDENCE PACKAGE:
a) weekly for 2 people: € 150 periods A and B; € 300 other times. Includes: use of a kitchenette, a card club, beach service (1 umbrella and 2 beach beds per apartment) to / from the beach, private parking, water, electricity, gas, weekly change of bed linen, air conditioning self-cleaning (excluding kitchen by the customer otherwise additional charge € 30).
b) From the 3rd person: free periods A and B Other periods € 80 per person per week. Includes: card club, shuttle service to / from the beach, water, electricity, gas, bed linen changed weekly.
CHILDREN: 3-12 years 50% discount when sharing with 2 adults, 0-3 years free in parents' bed or in its cradle.
2) HOTEL PACKAGES:
a) weekly for 2 people: a compartment reserved for apartments (to be requested at time of booking to the interior core occupying the dwelling): € 550 periods A and B; € 600 from 11/06 to 25/06 and from 27/08 to 10/09, € 700 for other periods. Includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner (wine and water with meals included), turndown of rooms (excluding kitchen), bed linen changed twice weekly and towels changed daily. Club Card beach service (1 umbrella and 2 beach beds per apartment) to / from the beach, private parking, air conditioning, final cleaning (except kitchen by the customer otherwise additional charge € 30).
b) From the 3rd person: € 210 per person for periods A and B; € 280 other times. Includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner (wine and water with meals included), daily rearrangement of the room, bed linen changed twice weekly and towels changed daily. Club card to / from the beach, CHILDREN: 3-12 years 50% discount when sharing with 2 adults 0-3 years free in parents' bed or in their own cot, menu meals included (except for milk and baby food) .
