The Apartments have TV, telephone, ceiling fan, conditioned air (on request only in apartments on the first floor), ample balcony with table and chairs and independent entry. Structured in the following typologies:
One-room apartment (MONO 2/3): on the first floor, living room with angle cooking, french sofa bed and single sofa bed, services.
Two-rooms apartment (BILO 4/5): living room with angle cooking, french sofa bed and single sofa bed, double room, services.
Three-rooms apartement (TRILO 6/7):living room with angle cooking, french sofa bed and single sofa bed, double room, room with bunk bed or single bed, services.
SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT: Receipt, cafe, market, restaurant, pizzeria, service laundromat to payment. Swimming pool with idromassaggio and area for children, amphitheater, beach volley, calcetto, tennis, diurnal animation with courses of gymnastics, aerobics, stretching, ping pong. Evening animation with cinema to the open one with megaschermo and disco, Miniclub 5/10 years. Unguarded parking lot. The structure is equipped for carriers of handicap.
CLUB CARD: Compulsory, it includes use of the swimming pool, diurnal and evening animation, miniclub, availment of the polyvalent field in synthetic grass from 9 am to 14 pm.
BEACH: Direct access from the village in the beach of equipped thin sand. Compulsory service includes entry with 1 sun umbrella, 1 bunk and 1 sun bed per apartment.
