LOCATION: new construction, ideal for families, surrounded by a green oasis just 2 km from one of the largest sandy beaches of Puglia and a few km from the golf course at Riva dei Tessali.
 
STRUCTURE: It has 152 apartments, tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style and located in blocks of 8 over 2 floors. Those on the ground floor all have a veranda and those on the floor with a terrace furnished with table, chairs and lounge. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV. They are available in the following categories:

Standard apartment for 4 people, living room / dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, double bedroom and bathroom;

Comfort Apartment 6 people, living room / dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with sofa bed for two people, bathroom (opposite the pine forest has two bathrooms). Apartments available for disabled people (only two rooms on the ground floor facing the pool)
 
SERVICES AND FACILITIES 24 hour reception with about 24 service trips and safe, internet point, cash machine, sitting area with table tennis, outdoor swimming pool of 5500 sqm, a beach soccer pitch, a beach volleyball court, a soccer field; children's play area with kids' club, a theater for nightly entertainment and dancing; market by selling newspapers, cigarettes and food, self service laundry, infirmary with free medical service at scheduled times (active during the months of July and August), hair salon and spa area with massage rooms, car parking and internal bus unattended; Mediterranean garden. Panoramic restaurant with a brasserie / pizzeria (opening night), featuring regional cuisine takeaway, snack bar with lounge and dining corner take-a-way (for lunch). A payment on reservation: Hiking, bike rental, shuttle ervice from / to railway station or airport, baby-sitting.
 
BEACH: Private and equipped for about 2 km, sandy bottom with sloping, ideal for bathing children, reached by shuttle bus at scheduled times.

SERVICE FEE: per week per apartment, € 85 for bilo, TRILO for € 120, includes: energy (electricity, water), September Bath linen (per person), final cleaning (excluding kitchen, € 25 if not made by the user).
CARD CLUB: (from 29/05 to 11/09) € 45 per adult per week, € 30 children aged 3 / 12, children 0 / 3 years free. Includes: swimming pool, gym, shuttle service to / from the beach, beach service (1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment), daytime and evening entertainment, kids club (3 / 11 years), junior club (12/17 years), courses collective and tournaments. Free (for all) until 29/05 and 05/09
