The residential estate La Baia d´Oro, just a few metres from the beach, belongs to a bigger estate open also to non-residents and it is located in Torre Mozza, a modern tourist resort between Lido Marini (1,5 km) and Torre San Giovanni (3 km). It lies on a sandy shore lapped by a cystal-clear sea.

ACCOMMODATION
The apartments, furnished in a practical and functional way, are situated in picturesque two-storey buildings, with separate entrances. All have TV, terrace or balcony with table and armchairs, and some have air conditioning (on request, with extra charge)

Two-roomed apartment 2/3 BEDS (30 sm ca): living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Two-roomed apartment  4 BEDS (30 sm): living room with kitchenette and bunk bed or double sofa bed, double room, bathroom.
Three-roomed apartment  5 BEDS (35 sm ca): living room with kitchenette, bed or sofa bed, double room, small room with bunk bed, bathroom.
Three-roomed apartment  6 BEDS  (35 sm ca): as the apartment with 5 bed but with an extra bed or a double sofa bed in the living room.
Three-roomed apartment  6 SUPER (55 sm ca): located 150 metres from the central structure and accessible crossing the street, these duplex apartments, with internal staircase, have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and two double rooms (one with single beds) and a bathroom on the first floor.
 

Beach:  About 50-100 metres from the long sandy beach and from public beach, 250 metres from private beach. Private beach is equipped with sun umbrellas and deckchairs and is reached walking along a partially unsurfaced path.
Services and facilities: Reception, bar, unattended car park, excursions and visit to the caves (for money).
Within 200 metres: restaurant, pizzeria, market, bars, basic necessities shops, chemist's.
Medical service and mooring post at 4 km.

Nearby: Horse-riding, go-kart, skating rink, motorbike and car rental. Aquapark (25 km).

Sports facilities: tennis/five-a-side football, games for children, amphitheatre.
