AGRIMARE VILLA is a residence recently built, surrounded by large wooded park, and features separate swimming pools for adults and children, tennis court, table tennis, bar, recreation area and playground, billiard room and air cinema; open bowling green, clubhouse with TV room.
All the apartments are masonry and have a wide front porch. The living room is furnished with a large cooking area, sink and refrigerator, table with chairs, intercom, safe deposit box and TV connection. The bathroom has a washbasin, bidet, toilet, shower with hot and cold water.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
* Bedlinen (on request): € 6.00 per person (weekly change required). Is not provided towels and table linen;
* FINAL CLEANING:

* 2nd car: € 5.00 per day;

* Beach Service: beach at nearby pay;
