Located on the coast road between Vieste and Peschici, on the sea, covers an area of approx. 100,000 sqm. fully immersed in the deep green of pine trees. It has houses and apartments furnished in a practical and functional with separate entrance, kitchenette with refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, bathroom and veranda.

Beach
A 150 m. from the cliff, 700 m. from the sandy beach or 1.5 km from the beach, accessible by free shuttle service from 11/06 to 03/09 at times.

* The extra bed surcharge is payable locally (request when booking).
Start / End stay: from Saturday to Saturday 17.00/20.30 10.00.
Compulsory stay: the week 07/08-14/08 be combined with the previous or next.
The prices include consumption of electricity, water and gas, 1 parking space per apartment - from other structure (same management) and 1.5 km beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sun beds per apartment) and animation 26/06-28 / 08 - use of swimming pools.
Services to be paid locally: cot € 18 per week (reservation required) - available weekly bed linen € 10 per person per change - not available towels and kitchen - parking additional € 18 a week in A / B / C D, E, F € 40 in the period - an extra second row on the beach € 20 per week in A / B / C / D, 30 times € E / F, 2nd € 10 in row A / B / C / D , € 20 in E / F - final cleaning € 26 for single, € 36 for bilo, € 46 for three-room, € 57 per square (kitchen by the customer or additional charge of € 50) - external visits "only if authorized by the management "€ 15 per person per day.
