OBLIGATORY EXTRAS (to be payed on the spot)
FLAT RATE: € 35 per person per week (free for children under 3), it includes water, gas and electricity consumptions, weekly change of bed linen at the reception.
FINAL CLEANING: per apartment € 40 for Bilo, € 45 for Trilo, € 50 for Bungalow A and Quadri; € 70 for Bungalow B/C. the cleaning of the kitchenette is guests’ responsibility, otherwise it costs € 30.
DEPOSIT: € 100 refundable.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS (to be paid on the spot)
EXTRA BED: (on request upon booking): Periods A/B/C € 50 per week; other periods € 70 per week.
BED LINEN: on hire € 10 per person per change.
TOWELS: on hire € 10 per person per change.
ANIMALS: small pets allowed, € 50 for final disinfection. Not allowed in Bungalow A and in Four-roomed apartments.
NOT AVAILABLE: Cots, blankets, kitchen linen.
