LOCATION: In Gallipoli, more precisely in Lido S. Giovanni, about 150 metres from the beaches.

STRUCTURE:  Apartments located in different residences of 2 or more storeys, in Lido S. Giovanni. New, large and comfortable two- and three-roomed apartments, with possibility of air conditioning and garage for a fee (on request upon booking).
The apartments are available in the following typologies:
One-roomed apartment (MONO): it consists of a living/dining room with two/three beds and bathroom;
Two-roomed aparment (BILO): it consists of a living room with kitchenette and two beds, double room, bathroom, equipped balcony, with small garden or patio with table and chairs if located on the ground floor;
Three-roomed apartment (TRILO): it consists of a living room with kitchenette and two beds, double room, room with two beds, bathroom, equipped balcony, with small garden or patio with table and chairs if located on the ground floor.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Air conditioning/heating, garage (on request upon booking), TV. At the private beach day animation (02/06-08/09), 1 beach umbrella and 2 dechchairs per apartment (sun beds on hire), welcome cocktail, miniclub at prearranged times, muscle toning, aerobics, swimming and canoeing group courses, water games and tournaments, entertainment, waterdance, aerobox, group dancing, and so on, organization of parties (in high season). Shuttle to and from the private beach (26/05-22/09). Nearby restaurants, pizzerias, superstores and shops of any kind, sports centres, horse riding. For shopping and night life lovers, the bustling and active Gallipoli offers the best you can ask for with its haunts, pubs, night clubs, and son on. Organized excursions (on payment).

LIDO DI GALLIPOLI CARD: (02/06-08/09) obligatory, it includes day animation and welcome cocktail on the beach, miniclub (for children aged from 4 to 12) at prearranged times, muscle toning, aerobics, swimming and canoeing group courses, water games and tournaments, entertainment, waterdance, aerobox, group dancing, and so on, organization of parties on the beach (in high season).

BEACH: (26/05-22/09) Obligatory service on payment, it includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment (sun beds on hire) on the private sandy beach at 800 mt and shuttle to and from the beach; public beach at 150 mt.

 CHECK-IN-CHECK-OUT: from SATURDAY from 17:00 to 20:00 to SATURDAY from 8:00 to 10:00 am.
Late arrivals are not accepted unless agreed in advance with the structure.

OBLIGATORY EXTRAS (to be paid on the spot)
FLAT RATE: € 35 per person per week, it includes water, gas and electricity consumptions, weekly change of bed linen.
FINAL CLEANING: € 40 for MONO or BILO, € 45 for TRILO (the cleaning of the kitchenette is guests’ responsibility, otherwise it costs € 30).
LIDO DI GALLIPOLI CARD: (02/06-08/09) € 27 per person per week (free for children under 4).
BEACH FACILITIES: (26/05-22/09) 1 beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs per apartment and shuttle service to and from the beach:
- € 60 per apartment per week from 26th May to 30th June and from 25th August to 22nd September;
- € 85 per apartment per week from 30th June to 25th August.
DEPOSIT: € 100 refundable.

5th BED In Two-roomed apartment (on request upon booking): Periods A/B/C € 50 per week; other periods € 70 per week.

ANIMALS: small pets allowed, € 50 for final disinfection.
BED LINEN: on hire € 10 per person per change.
