STRUCTURE: It consists of modern and functional living solutions that will it have on three levels. Located on the lower level, intermediate or first floor, are furnished with custom-made furniture, equipped with material for the reorganization and air conditioning. Ideal for couples, friends or families, can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. They all have front patio with garden or balcony, ideal for outdoor dining. Available in the following categories: Mono 2 beds living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom, Bilo 2/3/4 beds, double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa beds and services; Bilo 5 beds located on the lower floor a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double room with extra bed and services; Trilo 6 persons, composed of 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom. Parking area reserved for guests of the residence.
 
SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Reception, parking unguarded, bike rental, outdoor showers, shuttle service to and from the beach of Torre of the bear. In the resort: supermarket, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, shops, newsagents, tobacconists, hairdressers, pharmacy, children's play area. Nearby: disco, riding, diving, tours and excursions can visist.

 START-TERM STAY: From Saturday to Saturday from 17.00 to 21.00 by 10.00

 ADDITIONAL COSTS required (payable locally)
 Forfait: € 30 per person per week, includes water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed linen changed weekly. Towels and kitchen linen not available.
 Final cleaning: € 50 per apartment, with mandatory return of the kitchen cleaned by the customer or additional charge of € 20.
 DEPOSIT: € 100 refundable at end of stay.

 Animals: admitted of small ransom with supplement of € 60 for pest control. Be requested when booking.
