THE PROPERTY: This recently built, the Residence Rivazzurra has 57 apartments, all with kitchenette air conditioning and color TV, safety box, private bathroom with shower, patio, or on the ground floor
balcony on the first floor in the following categories: two-room 4 people on the ground floor or first floor, composed of bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette; SLEEPS 5 Ribo, to have low floor double bedroom + 3 bed, living room with sofa-bed and
kitchenette; Trilo 6 Ribo, consisting of two low-floor double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette. Two private bathrooms with shower. Two-bedroom apartments available to 4 beds for disabled people on the ground floor.
SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Two swimming pools one for adults with Jacuzzi and one for children with water slides, bar adjacent to the pools, beach volleyball court, soccer field, children's playground, an amphitheater for shows and cabaret. An animation team will entertain guests with a water-aerobics classes, dances, Latin-American dance, cabaret, soccer tournaments, ping-pong and table football and for kids and baby dance club. A fee: bicycle rental. Car parking fenced, not secured. Bed linen is included with change
weekly, towels rentable.
CARD CLUB: (Required by 09/07 to 03/09) include: daytime and evening activities, mini club, use the pool, use soccer and beach volleyball courts, children's entertainment area and shuttle service to / from the beach 2.5 km. Roca village.
BEACH: The beach is only 1 km. m from the complex, 2.5 km to beach resorts in Roca, easily reached by shuttle bus from the village (guaranteed from 02/07 to 03/09). The lido has parking, bowling and beach volleyball, canoes and pedal boats available for hire and a restaurant. Possible beach adjacent to the lido.
