Residence Borgo Latino, Torre dell'Orso 

LOCATION: Halfway between San Cataldo and Otranto on the Adriatic coast of Salento, Torre dell'Orso is a seaside resort famous for its clean beaches and crystal clear sea. The recently built residence is located in the centre of Torre dell'Orso, just a few steps from all the services the town offers, such as restaurants, bars, pubs and discos. 
  
STRUCTURE: This newly built residence consists of apartments all equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning with independent control system; the ones on the ground floor have a small private garden (with supplement to be paid to the travel agency), the ones on the 1st or on the 2nd floor have an equipped terrace.
The available typologies are:
One-roomed apartment (Mono) consisting of a living/dining room with a double bed and a single bed;
Two-roomed apartment (Bilo) 3/4 beds  on the 1st or on the 2nd floor, living/dining room with single or double sofa bed, double room, bathroom, veranda;
Three-roomed apartment (Trilo) 4/5/6 beds on the ground floor or on the 1st floor, living/dining room with single or double sofa bed, double room, room with two beds, bathroom, garden or veranda. 

SERVICES AND FACILITIES: Reception, garden with outdoor showers, private outdoor unattended parking (with supplement, on request upon reservation and subject to availability). Nearby markets, shops, sports center. Chemist's and first aid at about 150 mt.

BEACH: The beach of white and fine sand is a half moon of 900 meters, set between two cliffs. The structure is about 250 mt from the public beach, but nearby there are also private bathing establishments.

SELF-CATERING FORMULA (weekly rates per apartment in euro)

GROUND FLOOR SUPPLEMENT: (only for Trilo) on request upon booking, € 50 per week (to be paid to the agency).
 
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: from Saturday from 17.00 to 20.00  to Saturday from 8.00 to 10.00
Late arrivals will not be accepted unless agreed in advance with the hotel.

OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS (to be paid on the spot)
FLAT RATE: € 35 per person per week, it includes water, gas and electricity consumptions, air conditioning, bed linen with weekly change. 
FINAL CLEANING: € 50 per apartment (the cleaning of the kitchenette is guests' responsibility, otherwise it costs € 25).
DEPOSIT: € 100 refundable. 

OPTIONAL COSTS (to be paid on the spot)
ANIMALS: small pets allowed with a supplement of € 50 per stay.
DAILY CLEANING: € 25 per week per apartment (kitchenette excluded).
COT: not available, the guests' cot accepted  with no extra charge.
PARKING SPACE: limited places, on request uponof booking € 40 per week.
NOT AVAILABLE: kitchen linen and towels.
