The Residence renewed and reopened in May 2000, is located directely facing thesea just 150 meters far from a sandy beachin full harmony with the surrounding environment. Built in typical mediterranean style, the aparthotel features two floors flats all with independent entrance.
Accommodation: all 2-roomed flats feature 4/5 beds and are fully equipped with: living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, en suit bathroom, sea view verandah or terrace (excluded 2 of the flats).
Services and amenities: 2 swimming pools (adults and children), tennis court, TV room, bar, play ground, car park. the Aparthotel is 150 meters far from Villanova, free entrance sandy (with no establishment). The Club Card includes pool service, tennis, nightly entertainment, games and tournements in the afternoon, mini club 3-12 yearsat scheduled timetable. On charge: individual tennis and swimming lessons, excursions, horse back riding nearby, car hire, 7-a-side football.
