Regio Hotel Manfredi, only 2 Km from the town of Manfredonia and 3 Km from the sea, covers a 60.000 square metres surface in an almost natural oasis; it has 100 rooms with 8 suites, on 2 floors served by lifts, with a panoramic balcony from which the Gulf of Manfredonia and the Gargano Promontory can be seen.
All the architectonic details of the interior have been carefully planned and the furnishing is sober and elegant.
Each room has its own furnishing identity and is equipped with every comfort.
The hotel has 2 restaurants, one of which is ΰ la carte and includes a large selection of Apulian wines, an open-air swimming pool with waterfalls which is open from 15 June until 15 September. There are 2 bars, one of which is close to the pool; 2 reception halls that can seat up to 350, ideal for celebration meals and parties; a reading room, TV lounge and Sky TV, 4 meeting rooms that can seat from 20 to 300 people, a Congress Centre that can seat up to 250 and ample car parks with up to 500 parking spaces for cars and coaches.
The hotel has 92 Double Rooms, 5 Junior Suites and 3 Suites on 2 floors served by lifts, with panoramic balcony from which the Gulf of Manfredonia and the Gargano Promontory can be seen.

Each room has air conditioning, heating with thermostatic control, direct dial telephone, colour television and mini-bar.
The bathrooms are specially refined, spacious and tastefully tiled, with a shower cabin in the double rooms and hydro massage bath in the junior suites and suites, soft towels and hairdryers (220 Volt).
Regiohotel Manfredi offers a wide range of services to its guests: a large parking area; an arrangement with a private beach, a shuttle bus service to the beach in July and August; an 800 square metres open-air swimming pool with solarium, bar and waterfalls; entertainment for adults and for children (miniclub) in July and August; play ground for the children; room service, wheel-chair access; a business centre; interpreters, babysitters and laundry service on request.
Regiohotel Manfredi also offers the possibility to organize congresses, meetings and receptions (from 20 to 350 people), guided tours and transfers.
The 4 meeting rooms have been especially planned for the business clients, they can seat from a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 350 people; suitable for meetings, banquets, receptions, dinners, cocktail parties, dances, fashion shows, art exhibitions, workshops, post-congress activities.
Regio Hotel also has a Congress Centre with 250 seats, that can be used for theatre performances and concerts, with basic technical staging, a trilingual simultaneous translating system, an 80 square metre stage with dressing rooms below, plus a business centre.
Each of the areas reserved for congresses is equipped with hi-tech devices: microphones, amplifying systems, video recorder/DVD, video and slide projector, overhead projector and magnetic board, internet connection, secretarial services, exhibit space and ample parking spaces.
The hotel has a highly qualified staff able to collaborate with the organisers of meetings and congresses, both in the planning stages and the running of the events.
The kitchen staff that at the RegioHotel Manfredi is in charge of catering for the congresses, can guarantee to serve a large number of guests whilst maintaining high standard in the preparation of traditional regional and national dishes

Tasting the flavours of the Gargano is without doubt a unique experience. From wholesome bread, to olive oil, from home made pasta, such as the typical orecchiette (little ears), to tomato sauce, and fresh fish a true resource and speciality of the coastal towns.
In Manfredonia typical dishes are the ciambotta, a special dish made of mixed fresh fishes flavoured with a sauce made with olive oil, onions and tomatoes, and spaghetti with shellfish sauce.
