MASSERIA TORRICELLA, Alberobello
 
The Masseria Torricella is located in Apulia, in the south of the Murge Plateau, 4 km from Alberobello, one of the most beautiful and famous towns of Italy, right on the border between the provinces of Bari and Brindisi.The structure, made entirely of stone, is typical of this area: white, irregularly shaped, with a central body from which all the surrounding rooms develop as a sort of bunch. The restaurant, the rooms, the wine cellar and the wood-burning oven overlook the large yard, centre of the ancient rural life. All around, a huge countryside and a big wood.
The holyday farm Masseria Torricella offers complete relaxation and a cuisine based on organic products, prepared from old family recipes.
The farm is open all year. Pets are allowed.

The Masseria Torricella has 11 rooms, including 4 adapted for disabled people.
The rooms are simple, yet elegant, tastefully furnished in regard of the ancient farm style with wrought-iron beds and hand-embroidered pillowcases.
All rooms have private bathrooms;
some rooms, very large, can accommodate up to four people.
 
The once cattleshed has been turned into a beautiful dining room. The ideal way to cover a short distance is by bicycle (the road is safe and little travelled) but the car is still the best choice if you want to explore the surrounding area. At a short distance from the farm you can find the Safari Zoo of Fasano and the Caves of Castellana, the beautiful town of Ostuni, known as the 'white city' (because of its houses made of immaculate white lime) or Monopoly, the nearest sea resort, famous for the many fashionable places. It is no coincidence that the direction asks guests to stay at least three days, which are the ideal minimum time to appreciate the place and all that it can offer. For those without a car there is the transfer service to and from the train station and the airport.

The sea - Polignano a Mare, Monopoli with the beaches of the "Capitolo", Fasano and Savelletri with the Egnathia Archaeological Park, Torre Canne and the Spa -
