EXTRACHARGES (to be payed on the spot)

Lump Sum (electricity, gas, water, bedlinen) € 25 per person a week;

 Final cleaning € 40 per apartment (cleaning kitchen and dishes by the client, if left dirty € 30 declinable on caution money);

• Towel linen, blankets e kitchen linen unavailable;

• Indoor parking enclosed on request and on availability € 40 a week; 

PETS: not allowed;

• Caution money: € 100.
