DESCRIPTION

Located on the Ionian coast of Salento apartments “Grotta Saracena” is located in Porto Cesareo, celebrated seaside resort best know for its crystal clear sea and endless white beaches that have nothing to envy to the equally famous Caribbean beaches. The complex consists of detached residential units laid out on more levels with a central swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds, totally for private use of guests. Surrounded by the green complex is recommended for those who want to enjoy the wonderful sea of the Ionian coast, and spend a simple economic yet comfortable.The property is located in an old quarry and then the 50 apartments, for different levels of the ground, are placed on the ground floor low, the ground floor and first floor, furnished in a basic, simple and functional, with kitchen and bathroom have private or shared outdoor spaces all equipped with garden furniture

STUDIO APARTMENT (2 pax): living room with sofa bed and services.
APARTMENT  2 pax (+1): living room with sofa bed and a small room with small bed, services.
APARTMENT  4 pax: living room with sofa bed and small bedroom with bunk beds, services.
APARTMENT 4 pax: living room, double room, small bedroom with bunk beds, services.
APARTMENT 4+2 pax: living room with sofa bed, double room, small bedroom with bunk beds, services.

START-TERM STAY: from Saturday at 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - 09:00 to 10:00 a.m. to Saturday
 
 
ADDITIONAL COSTS REQUIRED (to be paid on site upon arrival):

FLAT RATE CONSUMPTION: € 25,00 per person per week includes electricity, water, gas and use the pool ( until all available beds) .
Children 0 / 4 years old free.
Bed linen and towels not included, optional, on request when booking (bed linen: € 5,00 per person per change, bed linen: € 5,00 per person per change).

Final Cleaning: € 30,00 per apartment studios, apartments € 35,00, € 4,000 apartments. (Obligation to return kitchen clean or additional charge € 15,00).


Deposit: € 100,00 per apartment, refundable at end of stay.

COST OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES (to be paid on site upon arrival):

Bedding: € 5,00 per person per change.

Towels: € 5,00 per person per change.

Cot: to be reported at the time of booking € 50,00 per week.

Pets: accepted the small size € 50,00 for final cleaning.

Kitchen linen not available.
