The bright profile of a proud building stands out in the intense blue mediterranean sky; it's the architecture, dating back to the XV century of Masseria San Domenico , fortified lookout tower, built along the coast between Bari and Brindisi, a few kilometres far from the sea, once belonged to the Knights of the Order of Malta. Today carefully restructured in obedience to the ancient shapes and to the original materials, in 1996 became a luxury resort, located like in old times in hundred hectares of a secular olive tree grove, but at the same time open to a warm and comfortable welcome.

Accomodation
At the Masseria San Domenico the rooms and the suites have different sizes, are divided in two buildings and look over the pool and the olive tree groove. They are finely and elegantly furnished and provided wih SAT tv, direct telephone, frigobar, safe, hair dryer and air conditioner.
Attività e Servizi
The centre of the Masseria San Domenico is of course the irregular shaped pool surrounded by rocks and plants and set in 100 hectares of orchards and olives grooves . The pool is filled with salty filtered water, in obedience to the modern centre of Spa- Talassotherapy of the Hotel. Masseria San Domenico houses one of the best Talassotherapy and Spa centres in Italy.
