Hotel Solara Otranto

Hotel Solara stands on the coast road to Otranto, next to the holiday village Conca Specchiulla, admst a green and peaceful pinewood a few meters from the bluest, magic and inviting sea in salento. The hotel is made of 48 rooms all furnished with taste and simplicity and equipped with every conforts: air-condition, telephone, colour TV, minibar, bathroom with shower. Two roomed units are also available for families. The lawn and the boungainvillaeas brightly colours frame the dazzling white of the hotel, completely built on ground floor and in the traditional mediterranean style. The mild climate both in winter and in summer will make this hotel the ideal place for all those who wish to alternate relaxation and rest to the discovery of the magnificent Salento.
The restaurant of the hotel offers to the guests  a cuisine with traditional regional and national dishes, to delight the clients’ palate from the starters through the desserts. In summer (17/06- 09/09) the restaurant works as self-service with a hearty buffet.
For all sports lovers in the structure there are: playground, two tennis courts, five-a-side football and volleyball pitch and in summer also a semi-Olympic size swimming pool for adults and another one for children, mini-club, entertainments and a well-organized bathing-establishment with sun beds, sun chair and beach umbrella for each room, which can be reached easily by hotel shuttle. Also, at the clients’ disposal there are: bar, sheltered parking and a conference room seating 250 persons.
