Recently built, the holiday village is situated in the bay of Peschici, about 1.5 kilometers far from the downtown and 250 meters far from the sea. The complex is essentially divided into three parts: the VILLA AREA, the SWIMMING-POOL AREA, and the SERVICE CENTRE AREA.
Accomodation: the holiday village provides 190 rooms in hotel formula furnished in very good taste, all featuring air-conditioning, fridge, TV, telephone, hair-dryer and safe. Accommodation is provided either in the standard rooms in the central part of the building ( without balcony ) or in the standard rooms, superior rooms, junior suites and suites; these are all located in the villa area and include a terrace or garden. Each unit in the villa area has an independent entrance and a tiled patio, adorned with Mediterranean climbing shrubs. Interiors are well-furnished with items of furniture in walnut and hazel. kitchenette on request (in Superior and Family Rooms).
SUPERIOR ROOMS (max 4 beds) composed of a single unit with double bed, double sofa-bed, fully-furnished bathroom, terrace or garden with an outdoor shower. Some of the rooms have a kitchen area which can be used on request for a charge.
JUNIOR SUITES (max 4 beds) composed of a room with a double-bed or twin-beds, living-room with double sofa-bed, fully-furnished bathroom, terrace or garden with an outdoor shower, kitchen area which can be used on request for a charge.
FAMILY SUITES (max 6 beds) composed of a room with a double-bed or twin beds, living-room with double sofa-bed, two bathrooms (each with either a shower and wash-bowl or with wash basin and wash-bowl), garden with an additional outdoor shower, kitchen area which can be used on request for a charge.
Services and Amenities: 1° Central Restaurant “ Rosa dei Venti “ is available for clients in the Formula Hotel, during the period A, with buffet service for side dishes and/or vegetarian hors d’oevres and service at the table for the main courses, fruit or dessert, drinks included ( ½ lt of water and ¼ of wine ); and All inclusive in the remaining periods on full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner all with buffet service + 2 show-cooks-area for the main courses view-cooked and drinks with the meals-draught drinks, soft drinks, water, beer and house wine; 2° Typical Restaurant “ Mirage “, working from 11/06 to 03/09, serving Apulian cuisine with cold-hors-d’oeuvre buffet, typical main dish, fish or meat barbecue and moreover in the evening sliced margherita-pizza buffet; this restaurant is both for lunch and dinner open to all guests with no extra-charge and pre-arranged allotment on weekly rotation (upon booking on the other days) .
The village has several bars but guarantees that one will always be open between 9.00 and 24.00 . In the Oasis Bar the All inclusive service is guaranteed, in the other bars a charge is made and the service is open at various pre-established times. Behind the pools there is a large open-air-amphitheatre-discotheque for daytime and evening activities. This area is completed with a tennis court, in line with the Tennis Federation rules, a football pitch of synthetic grass, lit by iodio spotlights and lastly, a space for archery and Mini-Club. The working of various services (sports equipments, swimming-pools and beach service) is subject at the health –conditions. The Club Card includes: the use of the swimming-pool for both adults and children, use of the tennis courts for lessons organized by the entertainment group at fixed times, use of the multi-use football pitch for matches organised by entertainment group, use of a bowling pitch, daytime and evening entertainment, discotheque in the amphitheatre, courses of tennis, swimming and archery, courses of relaxing gym, water-gym and aerobics, reserved parking in a private, fenced area, without a custodian, beach service with a one umbrella, one deck-chair, one reclining bed per room or villa.
Extra-services: telephone and other services, any sport, for individual courses, medical assistance on request, evening shuttle service to Peschici, excursions, transfers to/from Airports and railway stations, Sauna and steam bath (free in period A, extra in other periods).
