POSITION: Die Wohnungen Club Cis sind in das turistischen Gebiet von Baia Verde, bekannt für seine sandigen Strände, in der Nähe von historischen Zentrum von Gallipoli. ZIMMER/WOHNUNGEN: Kleine zwei Etagen Residenzen (ausgeschlossen die 2zimmerwohnungen in Wohnungen am Hochparterre, Ersten und zweiten Stock). Die Wohnungen, alle mit Autoparkplatz, sind in diesem Type: Einzimmerwohnung Typ A 2 Betten: Wohnzimmer mit 2 Betten, Kochnische und Bad; 2zimmer- Typ B 2/4 Betten:Wohnzimmer mit 1/2 Betten, Kochnische, Doppelzimmer,Bad; 3zimmer- Typ C 3/6 Betten: Wohnzimmer mit 1/2 Betten, Kochnische,Doppelzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten oder Etagenbett; Trilocale Tipo D 4/6 letti: piano terra o primo piano: ingresso indipendente, soggiorno con angolo cottura e uno o due posti letto, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello o due letti, balcone o veranda. SPIAGGIA: spiaggia riservata ed attrezzata a circa 600 mt. Servizio spiaggia obbligatorio a pagamento comprende ingresso in spiaggia con 1 ombrellone e 2 sdraio per appartamento (lettini a noleggio). SERVIZI: Nel comprensorio turistico residenziale della Baia Verde si trovano tutti i servizi e le attrezzature per poter trascorrere una piacevole vacanza, reception, bar, ristorante, market, pub, pizzerie, bar in spiaggia. Presso la spiaggia riservata è possibile trovare a pagamento noleggio canoe e pedalò. Per gli amanti dello shopping e della vita notturna, a circa 1.500 mt. l'animatissima e mondana Gallipoli offre di quanto meglio si possa chiedere con i suoi ritrovi, pub, locali notturni etc. Nel vicino residence Porta d'Oriente centro relax con sauna, minipiscina idromassaggio, centro estetico, palestra attrezzata con cyclette, tapis roulant, attrezzi multifunzione. TESSERA BAIA VERDE: obbligatoria, include animazione diurna in spiaggia con cocktail di benvenuto, miniclub (4-12 anni) ad orari prestabiliti, risveglio muscolare, G.A.G., ginnastica aerobica, corsi collettivi di nuoto e canoa, organizzazione di giochi in acqua e tornei, intrattenimenti, beach volley, acqua dance, balli di gruppo, aerobox etc. Organizzazione di serate a tema in spiaggia (alta stagione).
